Accessibility policy
We place accessibility at the heart of the design of our digital tools, and aim to meet accessibility requirements as set out in the RGAA (General Accessibility Guidelines for Public Administrations in France). We also take into account the recommendations set out in the A2RNE (Accessibility and Adaptability of Digital Resources for Schools) as drafted by the French Ministry of Education.
The issue of accessibility concerns a very wide audience in France, and includes people with slow Internet speed.
France has approximately 12 million people with disabilities.
1.5 million have a visual impairment and 850,000 have reduced mobility.
Above and beyond facilitating access to information for all, compliance with accessibility rules is in line with good web design practices, guaranteeing the performance of sites and their ease of use.
